Tracking Your Order

Packages may be left at your front door by the postal courier if nobody is at home to receive it.
Once the postal service delivers your package, we have no control over it.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen items.

We work closely with our trusted manufacturer of our products and carry out quality checks to ensure every product meets our standards, If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days of receiving it with a photo/video of the issue.
